Massage, Level I & II
(30 hours, 30 CEU, per session Price $550, each level)

I
After
completing this course, the student will know
how to:
* Perform a full-body, 90 minute Thai Massage
session
* Incorporate the fundamentals of effortless,
flowing transition between postures
* Integrate key stances with Thai Massage
* Learn how to effectively use your body,
maximizing the flow of energy.
* Apply safety precautions for preventing
injury
* Discuss the history and philosophy of Thai
Massage
* Apply energy balance through acupressure
and Thai energy lines
* Incorporate fundamental methods for avoiding
contraindication
* Integrate “Metta” into their
massage
Thai
Massage, Level II
30 hours + 15 hours of documented practice
Prerequisite: Level I
After
completing this course, the student will know
how to:
* Review Intensive I
* Perform an expanded 2-½ hour Thai
Massage with advance postures
* Evaluate the needs of the recipient and
customize the massage according to different
body types
* Integrate alternate posture and exchange
them with standard poses to create a 1 ½
Thai Massage
* Achieve effortless, flowing transitions
between postures.
* Integrate key stances with Thai Massage
* Apply basic concepts of the Thai energy
line system in their work
* Incorporate fundamental methods for avoiding
contraindication
* Integrate “Metta” into their
work
Give and Receive
Give and Receive is a teaching tool, allowing the student to experience a full Thai massage given by a senior instructor. When giving a Thai massage you will be given an critique of your session. This is a great tool to developed a stronger and safer Thai practice.

Head Massage has a noble lineage, as part of
the ancient Ayurvedic medicinal system from
India, and is a perfect compliment to the Traditional
Thai massage or can be performed as a stand
alone practice or modified for use on the massage
table. It is the ideal stress-relieving treatment
for any one who is suffering from aching shoulders,
a tight neck, tension headache, eyestrain or
insomia. It has a noble lineage, as it is a
part of the ancient Ayurvedic medicine system
from India. The techniques used for maintaining
health and wellness have been handed down over
the generations. What makes this massage unique
are the marma points and Chakra balancing. It
massages the back, arms ,neck, shoulders, face,
scalp and hands. It is a holistic therapy for
tension.

Reiki
Training
Reiki Training consists of three classes:
Reiki
Level I
Reiki Level II
Reiki Level III (Master/Teacher level)
Reiki
Level I
will include Reiki history, auras, meridians,
charkas and hand placement for treatments. You
will also do an actual treatment on a fellow
student and receive your first attunement.
Reiki
Level II
will include an overview of Reiki I, learning
the three symbols for physical, emotional and
long distance healing. Again you will do an
actual treatment on a fellow student and receive
another attunement.
Reiki
Level III (Master/Teacher level)
will include an overview of Reiki I & II,
learning an additional symbol, your last attunement,
a treatment on a fellow student and your first
practice attunement on your fellow student.
Reiki
I: June 14th
Reiki II: August 9th
Reiki III: October 25th
All
Reiki classes will be held on Saturday at 1:00
pm and should b e completed by 4:00 PM.
Class fee is $125.00 per class. Classes are
limited to 4 students maximum.
Please let the office know if you wish to sign
up for Reiki classes.
Bring a notebook and pen to class. Light refreshments
will be served.
